The IXD1201 is a precise positive voltage regulator
with low power consumption, manufactured using
CMOS technology. Laser trimming guarantees ±1%
precision of the output voltage above 2 V.
Output Voltage Range from 1.3 V to 6.0 V with
0.1 V increments

Output Voltage Accuracy ±1% (at VOUT > 2.0 V),
±2%
The IXD1201regulator is able to provide large
currents at a small dropout voltage.
Dropout Voltage 0.16 V @ 100 mA , 0.40 V @
200 mA
The IXD1201 consists of a current limiter circuit, a
driver transistor, a precision reference voltage, and
an error amplifier. Output voltage is selectable in
0.1V steps between 1.3 V ~ 6.0 V.
